Hm.  the shades http://myvu.com/Shades.html are advertised for 'true 
situational awareness'  It would be intesting to compare the viability 
of different 'ipod video' type systems for wearable computing headsets.  

Personally, I'd really prefer something monocular and low profile that 
clips on to my glasses like the old MicroOptical displays, but it looks like 
these ipod video thingrs are the only way we're going to get this cheaply.
