In theory, knowing the GPS coordinates, acceleration, velocity and
direction of the moving object and the position of the PC's camera, the PC
should be able to predict the position of the object in its view and be
able to track that object using image manipulation techniques. Its
definitely easier said than done, though, and doing it in realtime may be
virtually impossible.
