Crusoe Long-Run and Win98 SE

I'm just asking.. does anyone know if Win98SE
inherently or with another utility support Crusoe's
LongRun technology.  I've been looking and haven't
found anything for certain yet.. certainly benchmark
tests but many don't even discuss with or without
LongRun.

What's more important to me is activating LongRun
through 98 if possible..
