The top would be simple for above the daughterboard, and provided the IBM laptop drive has no qualms with being against aluminum.. most likely no problem there either. > Nice design, btw, I like it. I was actually looking for a commercial electronic housing originally.. but for an initial building - 74 cents an a dremel equivalent is hard to pass up. just an idea.. if I lined the inside of the case with aluminum foil (gluing at points) would this be satisfactory static protection? Or does the actual volume(capacity) of aluminum create the protection?
