In the SCA, we use Kydex or ABS plastic, which you can usually buy in sheets
from your local plastics distributor (look in the yellow pages). I usually
buy a 5' x 10' sheet or so for about $35.
Um, you mean 5" x 10", right? A fifty-square-foot sheet sounds
like rather a pain to tote home...
