The version they have still requires a fair cartful of electronics to drive it, although I have been told that the current version has the electronics shrunk down to a briefcase size. I put the helmet on to find myself looking at a VGA color Win 95 desktop, and a map in a window. What I saw was visually quite stable, and with a reasonably sizedd exit pupil, since moving my head by small amounts did not disturb the image. -- Microsoft Exchange: the perfect name for its users greatest desire ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Chris Esposito (425) 957-5797 | christopher.esposito@boeing.com Boeing Research & Technology, Augmented & Virtual Environments Group
