The Palm development support staff just recently mentioned on the Palm developer mailing list that the new processor for at least one model will be the 68832EZ, which is actually a Dragonball Lite. Same speed as the regular Dragonball, but fewer or less powerful peripherals. It has a much smaller form factor, and presumably a far lower cost. It's my bet that News.com is, as usual, full of it, and that the Palm plan is to stick with the completely satisfactory processor speed they have and instead optimize the other factors. Felix
